Past Events
The
biggest event of last year was our former president Tammy Merline brought
in Robert Ressler, a former FBI profiler. He packed Baldwin Hall to the
limits. This man is a phenomenal speaker. He talked about everyone
from Ted Bundy to David Berkowitz. Ressler was also the man responsible for
coining the word "serial killer". Ressler has written several books, the
most well known and used in a course here at Truman, Who Ever Fights Monsters.

Recent Events
Dr. James Fox was a former dean at
Northeastern University in Boston. He came to Truman
on April, 26 2005. He talked about Killing for Pleasure: Serial Killers
Among Us. He was a wonderful speaker and the slide show was just as great.
